My name is Elvia Vasquez ... but known as "Elle" amongst my friends.

I am a Los Angeles native... and have been fortunate enough to call LA home all my life.... I am admittedly a lifestyle junkie and a foodie at heart.... and because of my heritage and extensive travels over the years .... I have a true affinity and intrigue for culture, art, all things culinary and people from afar.

Having been licensed since 1990, I have successfully sold homes in and around the Los Angeles area, from the Westside to the Eastside communities, the San Gabriel Valley, including the Pasadena and Foothill areas, all the way South to Long Beach, South Bay cities, Orange county, and all the Southeast County suburbs in between... and by default have become extremely knowledgable with all these areas, the neighborhoods, the culture and lifestyle, therein.

I am fortunate to meet and work with like-minded people and to build relationships with clients based on trust, honesty and simply from connecting with people by loving and embracing their human spirit, who they are and what they are about...... It has been said that “Like attracts like”.... and my clients are a testament to that, in that they have taste, class, style and a zest for life.... or as the French call it, a “Joie de Vivre”.... a true joy for living.

I created Elle Living Homes to showcase gorgeous homes in and around Los Angeles, the surrounding communities; a tool to showcase beautiful listings, unique living spaces and additional marketing value for sellers, all the while, helping home buyers discover a space in which to “elle”vate their living space and find the perfect setting in which to live life to the fullest. Elle Living Homes mirrors my lifestyle/food blog, ElleLiving.... which is the culmination of decadence, living life well, deliciously and tastefully.... they go hand in hand in creating a life that you love!
